We operate the website https://tryplimr.com (the 'Site'), the Plimr patient application (the 'App'), and the Plimr clinician portal (the 'Dashboard'), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the 'Legal Terms') (collectively, the 'Services').

1. Acceptance of Terms

Plimr Technologies S.L. provides a digital health platform designed to support health pattern awareness and informed decision-making. Our Services include:

• The Plimr website at tryplimr.com, providing information about our Services
• The Plimr patient application, a personal health reflection and pattern recognition tool accessible to registered users
• The Plimr clinician portal, a professional interface through which authorised healthcare practitioners may access aggregated or individual user data in accordance with applicable permissions and data processing agreements

The Services are intended for informational and decision-support purposes only. Plimr Technologies S.L. does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Services constitutes a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are accessing the clinician portal, you additionally represent that you are a duly authorised healthcare professional and that your use complies with all applicable professional and regulatory obligations.

4. User Accounts

Certain features of the Services require you to register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are in breach of these Legal Terms.

No rights are granted beyond those expressly set out in these Legal Terms.

8. No Medical Advice — Limitation of Services

The Services are intended as a decision-support tool only. Content provided through the Services, including any health insights, recommendations, or summaries generated for patients or clinicians, does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Plimr Technologies S.L. is not liable for any clinical decisions made on the basis of information provided through the Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plimr Technologies S.L. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plimr Technologies S.L. and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
