HOW PLIMR WORKS
From understanding your bodyto knowing your next step.
Your health data is the starting point. What you do with it, week after week, is where Plimr comes in.
Tested for you
Your panel is chosen from your history and symptoms, not packaged in advance.
Named, not vague
Which sessions, which movements, which dietary rules. Across four pillars.
Read every week
A written account of what happened and where to pick it back up.
Tell us what’s going on.
A guided profile: your history, symptoms, cycle, goals, what you already do and what you’ve already tried. You can add to it at any time.
Nothing is assumed. The plan you get back is built on what you tell us here.
PROFILE & CONTEXT
Measure what matters for you.
There is no fixed panel. What gets measured comes from your history, your symptoms and what’s already known about you, so you test what’s relevant instead of paying for a longer list.
For insulin resistance, that can include fasting insulin and HOMA-IR alongside glucose, with hormonal markers where relevant.
Results come back sorted into out of range, near range and in range, so you can see what needs attention without reading a PDF.
Recent bloodwork can be used where it covers what’s needed. If it doesn’t, Plimr arranges testing through a partner lab.
YOUR PANEL
Chosen for your case.
Get a protocol, not advice.
Your plan names the actual thing to do. Not “exercise more” but which sessions, how often and which movements. Not “eat better” but which dietary pattern and which rules.
Standing habits sit alongside scheduled sessions, so the everyday things you’re keeping steady are part of the plan rather than assumed.
YOUR PROTOCOL
MovementLive it one day at a time.
Each morning you see the day’s plan and log how you’re doing: sleep and heart rate from your wearable if you use one, stress and focus, and anything different like a headache, joint pain or your period.
When the day doesn’t cooperate, move it. Every session has a Move button, and the week reshapes around it instead of breaking.
If a wearable reading looks wrong, you can say so. Your account, your correction.
THIS WEEK
Read your week, in words.
Every week Plimr writes you a plain-language read of what happened: where momentum held, where it slipped, and one place to pick it back up.
Not a wall of charts to interpret yourself. A paragraph that tells you what it means and what to do next.
This is the part that keeps people going.
YOUR WEEKLY READ
Fewer completed days than last week. That happens when life gets busy, and it’s a good spot to rebuild with one small next step.
YOUR NEXT CHAPTER
