Who creates my labs and my plan?
Doctors. A medical and scientific team provides the foundation, and a doctor personally reviews your case: orders your labs, reads your results and creates your plan. Then Plimr adapts it to how you are each day.
Does it replace my doctor?
No. Plimr works on habits and doesn’t replace your doctor. Your results are yours to share with whoever treats you.
Which labs are included?
Two in the first year, at partner labs across Spain. A doctor orders them, reads your results and personalizes your follow-up: what we look at next depends on your case, not a generic list. If you have recent results with what’s needed, we use them.
How much does it cost and when do I pay?
The founding price is €39/month: €468 a year, IVA included, in one payment or in installments. Reserving is free and we hold your spot until November 30. To lock in this price, pay a €39 deposit (equivalent to one month) by then. It comes off your first year and the first payment on the balance is due December 18. The normal price will be €59/month.
Can I cancel?
You have 14 calendar days from signing up to withdraw, as the law provides. If you pay the deposit and, after that period, don’t make the first payment on the balance by December 18, you lose the deposit and your spot. You can also cancel up to 30 days after you receive your plan: we refund what you paid, minus €165 if you've already had your labs done. After that, the membership continues until the end of the contracted period.
Are supplements included?
No, and Plimr doesn't sell them. If one is worth considering, it's explained as part of your plan and you decide whether to buy it.
Is Plimr a medical service?
No. Plimr is a digital lifestyle tool with doctors behind it. It isn't telemedicine or a healthcare center. It doesn't replace your doctor and isn't for urgent symptoms, and diagnosis and medication stay with your doctor.
Why PMOS and not PCOS?
PCOS is now called PMOS, a name that recognizes its hormonal and metabolic dimensions. About the name change
